Enbridge Peekskill Station

Enbridge sought an EPC contractor to provide the turnkey delivery of a new measurement and regulation facility for an interconnect with Consolidated Edison (ConEd) in Peekskill, New York. Enbridge and ConEd agreed to increase the capacity of their existing Peekskill interconnect, the increase required the construction of a new metering and regulation facility on a site adjacent to the existing facility.

ODIN provided full turnkey EPC services including preliminary engineering, final design, material procurement, fabrication, field installation, and commissioning of the facility. We also provided permitting support and assisted Enbridge in the tie-over planning process from the old station to new facility.

The new Peekskill M&R facility design included a filter separator, concrete metering and regulating building, a water back heater, and a concrete electronic gas measurement (EGM) building.

ODIN provided construction services for the project in addition to construction management. We oversaw all daily activities including civil work, welding and fabrication, electrical work, and also conducted regular safety inspections of the worksite. ODIN provided engineering support and As-Builts upon commissioning and project close-out.
