Chris was appointed President of ODIN in 2019. He brings over 25 years of experience in the energy industry into a variety of leadership capacities at ODIN, including project engineering, project execution, sales, and general operations. Chris’s knowledge within the natural gas industry spans from natural gas to liquefied natural gas including large scale feasibility, design, and construction projects. Chris Barros is a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in 17 states including MA, CT, RI, NH, PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD, VA, FL, IL, TX, TN, NC, CA and CO.

Ron has 32 years of experience in the energy industry, having worked in technical development, engineering, and project management. With ODIN, Ron is responsible for the engineering department and closely works with project management to see projects through from start to finish. He recently completed work in June 2019 as the Project Manager for PSEG’s Bridgeport Unit 5, a 485 MW combined cycle power plant.

Al brings experience in financial reporting, strategic planning, and business analytics to ODIN’s team. He is instrumental in shaping the business decisions of executive leadership and ensuring company profitability and productivity in accordance with industry best practices.

Jeremy has 12 years of engineering experience in the Oil & Gas and Nuclear Power industries. The capabilities he brings to the team include medium voltage power, power distribution, motor control, utility scale distributed generation, instrumentation and control, and SCADA systems. As Vice President, Jeremy is responsible for providing technical guidance to ODIN’s engineering and field teams and supports ODIN’s organizational objectives and cost-effeciency strategies.

Eric has been with ODIN since 1999, holding various positions in management and leadership. Currently, Eric manages design efforts and manages projects for ODIN enforcing engineering standards and quality assurance. Eric’s work on various notable ODIN projects leaves him with experience in site layout, foundation design, project mapping and site selection studies, and construction inspection.

Conor Kennedy is a mechanical engineering professional with over 8 years of experience in the gas industry. While at ODIN, Conor has supported ODIN engineering and constructing many energy projects for utility clients mostly with focus on natural gas transmission and distribution as well as cryogenic liquefied natural gas storage facilities.

• Pursuing Master of Science in Construction Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute
• Certified Welding Inspector

Rick Alex is the manager of contracts and procurement for ODIN. He is a Finance/Procurement professional with over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing and energy industries.  His support is key as ODIN engineers and constructs many energy projects for utility clients with focus on natural gas transmission and distribution as well as cryogenic liquefied natural gas storage facilities.

Experience and Education

• Certificate in Materials Management from Merrimack College.

Molly is a sales professional with four years of varying experiences. She has been with ODIN since 2019 and in a very short time has proven herself to be indispensible. Molly is responsible for ODIN’s sales and marketing efforts in addition to providing support in HR and to the leadership team. She has deep knowledge of ODIN’s processes for estimating, proposal development, and project execution and several years of inside sales and customer support experience.

Tom is a Business Development leader with extensive experience in developing and implementing growth strategies and introducing solutions and services to new and existing organizations. He joined ODIN in 2022, coming over from the hydraulics industry, to lead the growth of the firm beyond the Northeast in a systematic fashion. He has several certifications in safety and sales leadership and an excellent track record in solving technical business problems with forward-thinking and sustainable solutions.
