Key Performance Indication (KPIs)

National Grid desired a consultant for deployment of a Software as a Service (SaaS) product that permits visualization and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the Holtsville LNG facility on Long Island New York.

ODIN worked with a partner to provide a software platform that allows the user to visualize the desired KPI’s in real time on any device and for any level of hierarchy in the company to be able to visualize their personalized dashboards worldwide.

Through our ODIN Analytics offering, we were engaged to develop a KPI catalogue and integrate it into their database. We also coordinated implementation of any new hardware, cable and conduit connections, and programming within the control system. Training guides were provided support to National Grid users and help personalize their data acquisition experience.
