ODIN President and CEO, Chris Barros, is the keynote speaking at this month’s SOGO (Society of Gas Operators) annual kick-off meeting.

SOGO traditionally meets at the prestigious Yale Club in Manhattan, New York.

Chris’ presentation addresses “Jet Fire Protection”.

What is a Jet Fire? A jet fire is a turbulent diffusion flame, released with significant momentum at temperatures up to 2,012°F.  Jet fires can arise from the release of gaseous, flashing liquid or pure liquid, including LNG. These fires are enhanced due to pressure (>40psi) behind the release.
