ODIN Leadership Summit, Fall 2023

Earlier this fall, ODIN’s leadership team took some time to get away to reflect, share and plan. The locations was Uncasville, Connecticut.

Taking advantage of the fine facilities afforded by Mohegan Sun, the first day was spent reflecting on the first three quarters of the year and what we learned from that. This included operations and process improvements. Procurement was a very interesting presentation that focused on better serving customers during these supply chain-constrained times. Before the day was out, a lively discussion on how various employee retention approaches could be enhanced was had. And on that note, the team got together to dine and take advantages of some of the offerings presented by Mohegan Sun.

The next morning, the team laid out plans for finishing 2023 strong and what we needed to sustain our growth in 2024 to keep up with the demand of our growing client’s requirements. Included was the presentation by Jeremy Mizzau, Vice President, that outlined ODIN University (OU), a growing library of SME presentations and papers. This innovative idea would be another method of getting existing employees better enabled as well as decreasing the time for new-hire onboarding. It was exciting to be part of the optimism and enthusiasm generated in the group!
