ODIN Attends AGMSC 2023
22 August 2023
The 81st Annual Appalachian Gas Measurement Short Course was held the week of August 17th. ODIN staffed a vendor table and had employees attend the training program. Three of our rising engineering stars, Cam Prees, Dakota Bouret and Daniel Gaudreau, took advantage of the wide variety of classes offered to enhance their skills and expertise to support client collaboration.
ODIN also had a table, staffed by Tom Mumford, where discussions were held regarding our core engineering and project management services including the launch of our comprehensive security offering called ODIN Secure.
As Mumford explains the new offering: “We have been building, augmenting, and enhancing energy infrastructures since our inception in 1996. Recently, ODIN leadership felt that more emphasis was needed on holistic security across physical, operational, and infrastructure layers of our client’s assets and created the ODIN Secure concept. We have co-developed an online website for organizations to self-assess their security. It is called P2RI: Pathway to Risk Intelligence. With the internal report that the user generates from P2RI, including a comparison to industry averages, we are hoping to facilitate useful risk-based conversations and we are here to help.”.
ODIN was happy to be there and to support the mission of ever-better training in the Natural Gas industry that this group has pioneered and grown, today they are the largest such school, since 1938.
